Established on 3-4-1965, Thuan Thanh Invalids and Invalids Nursing Center is a unit directly under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. After more than 50 years, the unit has received, managed, nurtured, treated, and rehabilitated 1,000 injured and seriously injured soldiers in battlefields across the country in terms of convalescence, treatment and rehabilitation. power.

Currently, the Center is managing, nurturing, treating and implementing a policy regime for 96 wounded and sick soldiers, grade 1/4, with an infirmity rate of 81 to 100%. In which, there were 2 wounded comrades from the war against France, 64 wounded soldiers during the war against the US, 30 wounded during the period of national defense and construction. The Center has been awarded many medals and other noble titles by the Party and State.

With the tradition of drinking water, remember its source and on the 70th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2017), July 25, 2017, the Mission of the Ministry of Health is led by Professor. TS. Nguyen Thanh Long, Deputy Minister of Health, who was the Head of the delegation, visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers at Thuan Thanh Invalids and Invalids Nursing Center, Bac Ninh province.

Accompanying the delegation were leaders of Department of Preventive Medicine, Department of HIV / AIDS Prevention and Control, Department of Health Environment Management, Office of the Ministry of Health, Department of Health of Bac Ninh province. 

Speaking at the ceremony, the Deputy Minister wished the wounded comrades and sick soldiers to stay healthy, be a good example for the young generations to study and follow, and at the same time send good wishes to their relatives and families. . Here, the Deputy Minister visited and expressed his gratitude to the sacrifices made by wounded and sick comrades. At the same time, to encourage war invalids and sick soldiers to continue promoting the soldier tradition of the People's Army of Vietnam. The Deputy Minister also thanked the doctors and doctors who were taking care of the wounded at the Center day and night. The Deputy Minister wishes physicians always healthy and fulfill well the tasks of taking care of people's health assigned by the Ministry of Health.
