Regarding the vaccine to be used: In 46 cases of severe complications after vaccination, record:
- 25 cases of serious complications after Quinvaxem vaccination (24 cases after Quinvaxem - OPV vaccination and 01 case after Quinvaxem - OPV - Rotarix vaccination) out of a total of 2,968,855 doses of Quinvaxem vaccine, 6,436. 616 doses of the OPV vaccine and 19,344 doses of the Rotarix vaccine used.
- 07 cases of serious complications after ComBE Five vaccination (6 cases after ComBE Five - OPV vaccination, 01 case after ComBE Five vaccination) out of a total of 150,485 doses of ComBE Five vaccine used.
- 07 cases of serious accident after getting VGB vaccination and 01 case of serious accident after BCG vaccination (06 cases after VGB injection, 01 case after VGB-BCG injection, 01 case after BCG injection) on out of a total of 1,224,275 doses of hepatitis B vaccine and 2,765,814 doses of BCG vaccine used.

These cases have been evaluated and concluded by the Professional Advisory Council for Critical Incidents in the process of using vaccines and medical bio-products at the provincial level to evaluate and conclude and record 05 cases due to coincidence with pathology children (10.9%); 31 cases due to inherent characteristics of the vaccine (anaphylaxis / anaphylaxis) accounted for 67.4%; 10 cases of reaction after vaccination of unknown cause (21.7%).
