Outside of Africa, no country in Asia is funded through this PEPFAR program. This program has helped the HIV / AIDS prevention system in Vietnam to be effective, supporting the Vietnamese health sector in this fight. This framework agreement hopes to further tighten relations between the two countries, paving the way for many projects specific to the health sector.
