Following the directions of the Prime Minister, the National Steering Committee for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Ministry of Health continues to implement measures to prevent the COVID-19 epidemic:

- Continue to build and complete instructions on wearing COVID-19 anti-epidemic masks in public places.
- Synthesize opinions of members of the National Steering Committee and a number of People's Committees on the draft COVID-19 Immigration and Medical Quarantine and Control Procedures for people entering Vietnam. on regular international commercial flights.
- Strengthen close monitoring of medical isolation cases in the community and at home.
- Strengthen supervision of the implementation of measures to prevent and control epidemics at quarantine establishments, and the medical supervision is full 14 days for inbound persons after centralized isolation is completed.
- Direct local health units, especially localities with border gates to coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to closely monitor and manage people entering Vietnam and strengthen the assignment of responsibilities to themselves. local authority, delegating responsibility to grassroots authorities and grassroots health workers in monitoring, taking samples for testing in time and monitoring after isolation.
- Continuing to disseminate and guide the implementation of epidemic prevention measures in the new situation; fully implement measures to prevent and control epidemics in the new situation according to the guidance of the Health Ministry; well implemented the 5K message including masks - disinfection - distance - no gathering - medical reporting ..
