- Direct local health units, especially localities with border gates to coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to closely monitor and manage people entering Vietnam and strengthen the assignment of responsibilities to themselves. local authority, delegating responsibility to grassroots authorities and grassroots health workers in monitoring, taking samples for testing in time and monitoring after isolation.
